We know that there's nothing worse than waiting for something you've bought online to arrive, so we'll make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We'll also notify you by email when your order is dispatched so that you're kept informed.
Where possible, our aim is to dispatch your order within 72 hours however, some items have longer lead times such as those in the Handmade Gifts and favors categories. For these items, delivery may take up to 14 days.
The time taken for you to receive your order after dispatch depends on where you are and what you have ordered as heavier items are dispatched by courier, most other items are sent by Royal Mail First Class and occasionally some items will come direct from the manufacturer.
We unfortunately are unable to guarantee delivery services, as we rely on a third party (our carrier), however, over 98.5% of deliveries are achieved on time. For further details of the full range of services, please go to the Royal Mail web site:

Shipping starts from as little as £1.75 and is worked out per item because of the need to ship various items by different means and is based on each items weight.
To view the shipping cost for an item, simply add it to the basket and the site will automatically display the shipping charge to you.

In the event that an incorrect destination is selected from the drop down, one of our customer service team will contact you to arrange payment of the additional shipping charge prior to dispatch of your goods.
The Please note that it may be necessary for us to split heavy orders and dispatch them as several lighter parcels. We do this to ensure that everything we dispatch is fit for swift, safe passage through the applicable delivery network, whilst being fully insured against the unlikely event of loss or damage.
Should your order need to be split, the number of parcels and the appropriate shipping charge will be displayed on the Delivery Information page prior to checkout.
In the case of a courier being unable to deliver your parcel because you were out, please be aware that it your responsibility to arrange redelivery. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned to us in which case, a second delivery charge will be necessary before we can resend your order.
