Soak up the atmosphere in the Marina and spend time cruising around the Solent or visit the Isle of Wight. You may even take the controls and feel the breathtaking performance of this superb motor boat.

Itinerary
- Meet the crew and make way to the 40' Powerboat.
- Settle on board with a full safety briefing from the skipper and crew.
- Leave the Marina taking in the sights of the QM2 dock and other cruise ships on their docks.
- On reaching the end of the speed limit area, the throttles are opened - with a speed of up to 36 knots!
- Once conditions allow, you will get a turn at the helm, steering a course via basic use of the plotter and skipper instruction to the Isle of Wight through the open waters of the Solent.
- You'll then go to the mouth of River Medina and travel upstream taking in the sighs of East and West Cowes.
-Then it's back down to the open water again and time to steer a ‘fast’ course back to the docks.
- Arrival back and departure.

Vital Information
The minimum age to participate is 10 years old, although younger children may be accepted if they have had previous boating experience. You should check before making your booking to ensure that a child can enjoy the experience if they are younger than ten. All children are required to wear a life jacket, even on the pontoon. There are no height restrictions but there is a maximum weight of 16 stone per person. This experience is not suitable for anyone with a serious back or heart complaint or for pregnant women.

The Weather
The Luxury 2 hour Powerboat experience in Hampshire can be affected by the weather. You should call 24 hours before your booked time and date to ensure your experience is still going as planned. If this is the case, then we will arrange another date for you. In the case that you are unable to attend our alternative dates, you would need to wait for more dates to be released.

Session Length
Your experience will last 2 hours, although you should allow for an extra half an hour for briefing.

Numbers
There will usually be another 7 people on the boat with you, although this voucher is only valid for one person. There shall also be 2 crew members.

Spectators
Spectators are welcome to wave you off from the Marina.

Dress Code
You should bring sunglasses, a hat/cap, sun cream, a camera and some wear comfortable flat, non slip footwear, such as trainers or deck shoes. Dress warmly and bring waterproofs as there is a high wind-chill factor aboard the boat.
