The Experience
Sea kayaking is an awesome and low impact way of exploring the coastline line - and on this half day introductory session you'll get the chance to master key skills, as well as taking a trip along the Pembrokeshire National Park coastline; where seals, sea birds, sea caves, deserted sandy beaches and swirling ocean swells combine to make this a real sea Kayaker's paradise.

Vital Information
An age restriction is in place. Only persons from 18 years can partake in this experience. You don’t need to have previous experience and you don’t need to be particularly outdoorsy, just come equipped with a ‘go for it’ attitude and a sense of fun!

Participants will need to have a reasonable general level of fitness and to be able to fit into a wetsuit, and will be asked to fill in a medical declaration form on arrival at the lodge. All participants need to be able to swim to take part.

The Weather
Having a choice of venues means that we can find a sea kayaking spot to suit the conditions and the requirements of the group. However, in extreme weather conditions, kayaking will take place at a sheltered inland location if it is not possible to get onto the sea.

Session Length
This is a half day experience and we usually offer a morning and afternoon session. You can expect to spend Two and a half hours or so actually in, on or around the water on this sea kayaking experience.

Numbers
Group sizes vary - but you can be assured that you'll always have an appropriate client to instructor ratio.

Spectators
This adventure activity will take part along the Pembrokeshire coastline. It might be possible to view the activity from some points along the Pembrokeshire coastal path, but this can't be guaranteed. Please contact us for more specific details.

?Dress Code
You'll receive a full kit list before your experience - but all you'll need are some trainers that can get wet, a towel, and your bathing suit to wear underneath your winter wetsuit and other kit, which will be provided.
