This very rare item of England test match memorabilia is a shirt worn by Boycott in a Test Match.
It carries all the embroidery and logos associated with this era and is presented in a deep box frame giving a distinct 3D effect.
It is framed in a stunning light wood surround with double mounts that encompass a photo of Boycott in Test action. Measures in at a large and impressive 98 cm by 81 cm.
Finally there is a plaque that states the following.
Boycott established himself as one of England's finest opening batsmen and is famous for his ability to occupy the crease, sometimes for a number of days. He made his debut against Australia in 1964 and went on to play 108 Tests, scoring 8114 runs at an average 47.72. He was Wisden Cricketer of the Year in 1965.
