It displays a stunning ‘Film-Reel’ triple photo presentation with iconic images of Audrey including from the 1961 film Breakfast at Tiffany's. Under this and separately mounted are the signatures of Audrey and her husband, Mel Ferrer.

The plaque reads as follows; AUDREY HEPBURN (1929-1993) - After appearing in several British films Hepburn stared in many blockbusters and became one of the most successful film actresses in the world. She was one of a few entertainers to have won Oscar, Emmy, Grammy, and Tony Awards. In 1999, she was placed among the five greatest female stars in the history of cinema.

Although modest about her ability and acting technique, Hepburn remains one of the most beloved actresses of all time and is remembered as a film and fashion icon of the twentieth century.
